DIVE

Transportation
If you don't have the means to move, and you are staying in the north area of Mallorca (Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia..) don't worry! We will pick you up, take you to the diving spot and take you back to your accomodation.
Please contact us to check if we have availability and if we cover your area of accomodation.

Due to some bad weather we had to move the original dates and do the course together with someone else so that both him and my son could complete their certifications. It worked out fine though and my son and the other guy got on well considering the big age difference. Juan und Joana haben sehr gewissenhaft geprüft, ob die Bedingungen passen taggleich bevor es losgehen konnte. Treffpunkt war neben einem Parkplatz, die Ausrüstung wurde komplett gestellt. In einer kleinen Bucht war es fussläufig ins Wasser und ein paar Fischschwärme waren unterwegs, die Sichtweite war recht gut. Ich habe mich sehr gut betreut und sicher gefühlt, hatte auch das Glück alleine mit Juan zu tauchen. Gerne wieder!

Juan has been diving for more than 20 years, what started as a hobby quickly became his passion, after his first dive he knew he wanted to dedicate himself to diving as a professional career. He has worked in Isla Margarita (Venezuela), the Canary Islands and Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain).

Bring a towel, dry clothes and a swimsuit and lots of desire — we'll provide the rest!
The minimum age is 8 years old. There is no maximum age to dive, as long as everything is ok in the medical declaration your age will never be a problem.
Once the service or the practical part of the course begins, it is non-refundable. The only exception is if adverse weather conditions prevent the completion of the course, and we are unable to reschedule it during your stay on the island. In this case, a proportional refund for the remaining portion of the course will be issued.
Yes, you need to have basic swimming skills and be comfortable in the water as it will directly affect the enjoyment of the experience.
No problem! You can share instructor with a maximum of 3 other people. If you want a private lesson, please contact Book Now.
As long as it is done responsibly, diving is perfectly safe, your PADI instructor will ensure that all safety standards are met and that you are comfortable and safe with the equipment at all times.
You can fly before diving without any problem.
After diving, it is not recommended to fly immediately, and you should wait from 12h to 24h.
Barracuda Diving is located in the north of Mallorca and we can cover Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia areas (not Puerto Alcudia, Muro and Can Picafort). Please always check with us if we cover your location and if we have availability for the transportation service.
